WELL ... In this post I am sharing exactly how to use them and why I use them.
I have been using these portion control containers for about 2 years now and they have drastically changed my perspective on food portions! Thanks to these containers I am more mindful of my portion sizes. This was something I did not even realise I needed help with until I start using these containers.
Here is the breakdown. There are 7 colour coded containers and each colour represents a different food category.
Green - Veggies
Purple - Fruits
Red - Protein
Yellow - Carbs
Blue - Healthy Fats
Orange - Seeds & Dressings
